DESSERT: Baked Apples with Strawberry Balsamic

3 large Baking Apples (such as Rome Beauty)
2 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Grapes & Olives On Tap Strawberry Balsamic
2 Tbsp. unsalted Butter, melted
Additional Grapes & Olives On Tap Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash and dry the apples. Cut in half crosswise and scoop out the seeds with a melon baller or teaspoon; do not dig through the apple. Place the apple halves, cut side up, in a baking dish. If necessary, cut a thin slice from bottoms so apples do not tip. Fill each apple cavity with 1 tsp. of the sugar and ½ tsp. of the Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar. Brush the cut surfaces with melted butter. Pour ½ cup of hot water into the bottom of the baking dish and bake apples for 30 to 45 minutes, or until tender. Add more water if water evaporates during baking. Let cool until just warm and serve with whipped cream, ice cream or custard sauce. Drizzle with additional Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar, if desired.
