MAIN DISH: Cranberry-Orange Glazed Meatballs
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
1 14oz. can of cranberry jelly
1 ½ cups of a sweet BBQ sauce
½ cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
¼ cup Grapes & Olives On Tap Cran Orange Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine breadcrumbs with ground beef and egg in a large bowl. Form 1-Tbsp. scoops of mixture into 1” meatballs and place on non-stick, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake until 165 degrees in center (about 30 min.) While meatballs cook, combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add cooked meatballs. Continue to simmer until sauce thickens slightly (about 30 min.)
