SIDE DISH: Cranberry-Orange Relish
1 12oz. package fresh cranberries
2 peeled oranges
1 cup sugar
½ cup pecans, finely chopped
¼ cup Grapes & Olives On Tap Cran Orange Balsamic Vinegar
Chop the cranberries and oranges in a food processor. Pour into a bowl and add ½ cup of the sugar, stirring to mix. Add the Cran Orange Balsamic Vinegar and additional sugar to desired sweetness. Add the chopped pecans. Serve as a side dish or over chicken, turkey or pork as a sauce.
