Grapes & Olives On Tap Peanut Sauce
"GO fans, I really like a good peanut sauce. I probably don’t make it ‘right’ according to a recipe, I just make what I like. Today, one of my kids wanted noodles and sauce, so let me tell you what I did. In a saucepan, melted peanut butter, GO-On Tap roasted chili oil, and some coconut milk together. Then I added some grated ginger, a few drops of sriracha. When I pulled off the heat, I added juice from ¼ of a lime, added white sesame seeds and called it done. Thin whole wheat spaghetti noodles tossed in this mix, along with peas, yellow and orange peppers, was just spicy enough and peanut buttery enough for us. To ‘finish’ this, I topped with honey roasted peanuts and a runny egg. Delicious. So easy. Just get in your kitchens and use what you have. Treat your tastebuds.”
